When we first thought about renovating our kitchen, we quickly realized that we didn’t have a clue — not a clue as to where to start, how to select colours, fabrics, paint, cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, how to put it all together — it was overwhelming. When Mati came to our door for the first time, she was warm, reassuring, respectful and full of enthusiasm. Mati took the time to listen to us, to find out what we were thinking, to let us know what she was picturing — and by the end of the first meeting, we were well on our way to starting our renovation! Throughout, Mati kept the ball rolling. She stayed in touch and sent us detailed emails and texts as to what to expect in the coming weeks. My husband and I were in the process of painting exterior doors, window trims, garage door and backyard fence. We wanted a darker colour but needed help selecting a shade to complement the brick and siding. Our painter suggested we book an appointment with Mati. In no time at all Mati selected the perfect dark shade and a lighter accent colour for our project. It felt like talking with a friend rather than a consultant. We recently had Mari help us update our main living space, dining room and kitchen. This was third time we engaged Mati to help us choose paint colours and design elements and once again we are pleased with the end result. She determined what pieces of furniture and art work that were important to us, recommended a paint colour and helped us make decisions re upholstery, counter top and back splash. Mati did an excellent job staging our condo townhome. The unit was 42 years old and in need of some spicing up after a reno. Mati chose items that perfectly accented the place. Her staging was very helpful towards the sale of the home. Definitely recommended.

Mati’s extensive experience and talent enabled her to quickly envision how to update the main floor of our home. If I could give more than five stars, I would.We got Mati in to help with the interior decoration for the main floor of our new house. From the first phone call, we knew Mati would be a great fit to work with, and so she was. She was fantastic at finding furniture and accompanying decor that was both good quality, and a perfect fit for the house, but also, quite importantly these days, in stock! She knows so many of the stores and dealers around London and navigated us to the places that best fit the style we wanted. We got to the point where we trusted her to bring whatever she thought best and put it in place and she did, while also incorporating our own personal pieces that we wanted to display. Everything she provided was fantastic and the final results were stunning. Not only did she do an amazing job with decorating our house, but she followed up after the job was complete and helped out with any warranty or issues that came up.Mati really has a great eye for what looks good, but she is also a genuinely amazing person to work with and she cares about not just her work, but her clients as well. At first all I saw was a kitchen that needed work and a lot of hopes and dreams for the rest of our house. Mati was recommended to me and an appt was scheduled. At our meeting I told Mati what my vision for the house was in broad ideas. Once we talked for a while she was seeing the finished result and we collaborated on the end product. She brought in the leaders of her team and worked on the finer details and developed the needed estimates for the work and the stages the work would be done in. The workers are awesome people and worked hard to the point of being amazing.From start to finish Mati guided me thru the various phases of the work on the main floor of our house and brought me to the finished product. The end result was exactly what we talked about in the first meeting but included many finer details that I could not have even thought about at first.As for Mati herself.…she was incredible to work with and together we worked with each others vision for the house. The end result is what I could only describe as a main floor that is magazine ready and yet totally livable. As people walk in all I hear is “Wow.. this is incredible”.Looking forward to the next stage, which is the lower level, and more time working with Mati and her group of companies she uses.

I was very fortunate to locate Mati when I sold my home of thirty years and moved to an apartment. I wanted style, comfort and some glamour and she achieved it. My artwork is precious to me: she highlighted it. She was skilled at integrating new purchases in furniture with old favourites I was astonished at her sensitivity to colour — how she picked up the important tones and worked them into harmony. She located tradespeople who did installation jobs to a high standard. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Mati on two projects both properties and could not be more satisfied with the entire process. First was a single family home we bought as a rental property and once we saw the home empty felt there were several things we needed to update prior to putting up for rental so had started calling looking for trades which to say the least became a nightmare and daunting given we own a busy business so after seeing a recommendation for Mati’s services on our realtors facebook site we called to see if she could help a day later she toured the house gave us a list of recommendations covering all our ideas and presenting a few we would have missed and in a few days we had quotes gave the go ahead and literally without even meeting Mati a short time later met Mati to reveal a transformed space beyond our imagination .Mati covered everything coordinating the trades shopped for all the new fixtures flooring, new fireplace insert and even arranged the cleaner to have it move in ready.Second project was a basement apartment in a triplex we owned which had three bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen with no living space which was already leased by students when we bought the property once they vacated we meet with Mati to redesign the space and Mati over seen the removal of a wall for the middle bedroom and put a beautiful feature wall with a fireplace and a complete redesign of the kitchen which was a great transformation allowing us to achieve the same rent as it was for a 3 bedroom.Both projects were done on tight schedules and within the budget and delivered cleaned and ready to rent.Looking forward to working with Mati on future projects.

We had the opportunity to use Mati and her decorating services on two occasions. One Christmas she decorated our home. One Thursday morning last May, I came to the realization that no matter how hard I tried my decoration skills won’t do. With family reunion a month away it was time to call the professionals. I went on to Google for interior designers and I came to Mati’s website. It was a leap of faith, when I picked the phone and called Mati. She answered! We set the time to meet the next day, Friday. understanding what I was looking for the work began the following week on Monday. In 3 weeks all work was completed. The living room, dining room, hallways with high ceiling and kitchen) walls, doors and trims painted.Her professionalism is exceptional. Easy to work with and always on top of things. She was very gracious and suggested ways to get what I want without going over budget. Her team Carlos and Greg I cannot thank them enough.
